When Dr. George Waldbott noticed an uptick in fetal deaths in recently fluoridated communities during the 1950s, he autopsied one of those babies and found a large amount of fluoride in the baby's heart.

A 2023 study found that fluoride exposure can result in heart-rate variability in infants. HRV results in infant deaths and long term ill effects. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0160412023006098

- “The ANS, which plays a critical role in maintaining homeostasis across organ systems, can be reliably assessed during the first postnatal year using measures of heart rate variability (HRV). Lower HRV is thought to reflect poorer ANS capacity to coordinate adaptive responses to situational demands/environmental challenges….(which are) associated with poorer socioemotional functioning, psychiatric risk and risk for adverse cardiometabolic outcomes across the lifespan.”
